How much I will be charged for DDR?

You will be charged RM38 upon using data service on the preferred network while roaming in 79 countries.
Your DDR will be auto renewed once it hits midnight Malaysian time zone and your data quota will be refreshed.
Note: You will only be charged RM38 per day even if you travel to multiple countries within a day before DDR expires.

If I’ve reached my Fair Usage Daily Quota, can I still do any data roaming without additional charges?

Yes. You can still continue browsing without any additional charges although you have fully utilized the fair usage daily quota. However your internet speed will be reduced till the DDR expires at 11:59pm.

How do I ensure that I am always logged on to DDR's operators’ network?
|

|
Once you are in any of the DDR countries, make sure you are logged on the preferred partner network. However to ensure that you are always logged on to Celcom's DDR's network, you can select using the manual network selection on your handset.
Step 1: Select 'Menu'
Step 2: Select 'Settings'
Step 3: Select 'Network' or 'Connectivity'
Step 4: Select 'Operator selection' or 'Search mode'
Step 5: Select 'Manual', and your phone will now search for mobile networks that are available around you.
Step 6: Select one of the listed networks above
Note: Steps may differ slightly from phone to phone

What happen if I accidently log on to non-preferred operator?

If you are on non-preferred network, You will receive a SMS notification that you are not in the preferred network and it is advisable to return back to the preferred network. You will not be able to browse the internet on the non-preferred network except sending and receiving calls or SMS.

What time zone will my daily data Roam will be based on?

Your daily usage will be based on Malaysia's time from 12:00am to 11:59pm, regardless of where you roam.

Can I increase Internet speed for DDR after I fully utilized High Speed Internet quota?

For postpaid and prepaid customers, you can increase Internet speed by re-purchasing DDR by dialing *118#. The new High Speed Internet quota will be valid until 11.59pm (Malaysian time).

*High Speed Internet quota varies based on countries. Once the high speed Internet quota is fully utilized, you will enjoy Basic Internet at 64kbps until 11.59pm (Malaysian time).
